Follow the signs for the M23 towards Brighton, continue south the M23 become the A23 look for signs saying A272 (Signposted Petersfield) continue following the A272 until you reach the A24 signposted Worthing. Continune down this road watching out for speed enforcement cameras until you reach a roundabout signposted A280 (Littlehampton, Chichester, Portsmouth). Carry on along this road until you reach a roundabout signposted A27 (Chichester, Portsmouth). Follow this road until you reach a very large roundabout called the FISHBOURNE ROUNDABOUT, take the first exit follow the road until you reach another roundabout, take the 4th exit into Station Road signposted Funtington, at the end of the road turn left into Clay Lane follow the road through the village and then turn left by a large wall into Down Street. Continue down the road for a short while and you will then see the millpond and 1 Cottage by the Mill can be found on the right hand side on the corner of Watery Lane.

Follow the signs to the M25 heading towards Gatwick Airport, once on the M25 come off at junction 10 and take the A3 south. Follow this road for approximately 40 miles, the road then turns into the A3(M) take junction 3 signposted Havant A27, follow this road and after about 3 miles take the exit signposted Emsworth. Follow this road going across a main roundabout in Emsworth itself and the next main roundabout take the 1st Exit into Station Road, at the end turn left into Clay Lane, follow the road through the village and then turn left by a large wall into Down Street. Continue down the road for a short while and you will then see the millpond and 1 Cottage by the Mill can be found on the right hand side on the corner of Watery Lane.
