T's&C's


1. A deposit of 30% is payable on confirmation of booking. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest.
2. The balance is payable 8 weeks before commencement of your stay.
3. Upon payment of the deposit and subject to acceptance of the booking by the Owners, the guest becomes liable for the balance. You may consider taking out cancellation insurance.
4. To allow for thorough preparation of the accommodation, guests should arrive after 3pm on the first day of their stay and should vacate the accommodation by no later than 10.30am on the last day.
5. Smoking is not permitted.
6. Pets are not permitted.
7. Guests are liable to pay for any breakages or damage at full replacement cost.
8. Before guests arrival, the accommodation will have been thoroughly cleaned. Guests are requested to leave the accommodation in the condition in which they would expect to find it: i.e. all crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, cooker, refrigerator, baths and sinks left in a clean condition, with furniture in its correct position, and all rubbish placed in the outside bins. The Owners reserve the right to make a surcharge in the event that the accommodation or any of its contents are left in an excessively dirty state.
9. Please put rubbish from the house in the black bin provided, located in the Garden by the driveway gates.
9. Guests are requested not to remove items of property from the accommodation during their stay.
10. Water, electricity and central heating costs are included in the rent. An initial supply of logs is provided for the fire. Logs are available locally from grangefarmshop in Funtington.
11. Complimentary wireless internet access is available. Misuse of the service will result in the authorities being notified.
12. Please note that certain Goodwood event weeks, honeymoon packages and other major events can incurr extra costs, please contact us for details.
13. The Owners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which the tenant or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of any letting.
14. The Owners give all information and make all statements about the accommodation and service provided in good faith. The Owners shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from information given or statements made whether orally or in writing.
15. Towels and bed linen provided.
